Stuffed Broiled Lobster Recipe - Cooking Index
If you like you can use vegetable broth instead of chicken.

4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Plain bread crumbs |
3 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Chopped oregano |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped parsley |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Paprika |
1 cup | 237ml | Olive oil |
Butter - as needed | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | White wine |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Chicken broth |
Split lobsters in half and clean, take claws and crack the shell.
Mix in a bowl all of the following: bread crumbs, garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well then add olive oil until it has the consistency of sand.
Place lobsters in a roasting pan, flesh-side up. Spread some butter onto the flesh of the lobster. Take the bread mixture and place on top of lobster. When stuffed sprinkle with wine and then do the same with the chicken stock.
Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes. Then place under broiler for 3 to 4 minutes until lightly brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
