Avocado Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

1		Avocado - peeled, and (large)
		Mashed with
2 tablespoons	30ml	Lemon juice
1 cup	237ml	Mayonnaise
1/2 cup	118ml	Sour cream
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup	20g / 0.7oz	Chopped onion
2		Garlic cloves - minced
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
1		Cayenne pepper

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Chill and serve.

This recipe yields 2 cups.
