Thousand Island Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Mayonnaise |
1 | Hard-boiled egg - crushed finely | |
1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dill relish |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
Lemon pepper - to taste |
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper, to taste. Store in an air-tight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
This recipe yields 2 3/4 cups.
