Macadamia Coconut Cookie Bars Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Dry sugar cookie mix | |
1 cup | 237ml | Macadamia nuts |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Shredded coconut |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | White chocolate chips |
Softened butter - to prepare dish |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
To cookie mix prepared to package directions, add nuts, coconut and white chocolate chips. Butter 9- by 12-inch baking dish and spread cookie dough evenly into a thin layer across the baking dish.
Bake bars for about 15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Remove from oven, and cool slightly. Then cut into squares, remove with offset spatula and serve.
This recipe yields 16 bars.
