'French' Dressing And Iceberg Lettuce Chopped Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1/2   Iceberg lettuce - core removed, and chopped
4   Radishes - chopped
4   Scallions - chopped
1/3   Seedless cucumber - chopped
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozShredded carrots
  Dressing
1/3 cup 78mlWhite wine vinegar
1/3 cup 65g / 2.3ozSugar
1/2 cup 118mlKetchup
1/2 cup 118mlExtra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon 5mlGarlic powder
2 teaspoons 10mlWorcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlWhite onion - finely chopped (small)
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground white pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine lettuce and chopped veggies in salad bowl.

Add all of the dressing ingredients into a blender. Put the top in place and blend on high until dressing is combined. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Adjust salt and pepper, to taste.
