Jicama, Cucumber, And Chile Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index

| 4 x | Carrots (medium) | |
| 5 tablespoons | Lime juice | |
| 6 tablespoons | Chopped fresh cilantro sprigs | |
| 2 tablespoons | Vegetable oil | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Pepper flakes | |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Seed cucumber and peel jicama. Cut cucumber, jicama, and carrots into 1 1/2-inch-long thin strips. Toss vegetables together with remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
