3 tablespoons 45mlOil - olive
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPepper - freshly ground
1 tablespoon 15mlParsley - chopped
1   Tomatoes - italian, drained
1   Garlic clove - chopped (large)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlOregano
1 teaspoon 5mlOnion - chopped (small)
1 tablespoon 15mlButter

Recipe Instructions

Sauteegarlic and onion in oil. Add tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano and butter, and simmer uncovered 15 to 20 minutes. Correct seasoning if necessary.
