Mignonette Sauce II Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Crushed black peppercorns |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Finely-minced shallots |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Good-quality red wine vinegar |
Combine the ingredients in a glass or stainless-steel bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and store at room temperature overnight. Mignonette sauce will keep for months in the refrigerator.
This recipe yields about 3/4 cup.
