Halibut Broccoli Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Grated sharp Cheddar cheese |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Flaked halibut |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Finely-chopped onion |
1 | Frozen chopped broccoli - thawed and drained | |
1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Milk |
3 | Eggs | |
3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Bisquick baking mix |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Minced garlic |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Dried thyme leaves |
Mix 2 cups cheese, halibut, onion and broccoli together and place in a 10-inch greased pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, lemon pepper, garlic and thyme. Pour over halibut-broccoli mixture.
Bake 400 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese and bake 1 to 2 minutes longer to melt cheese. Cool 5 minutes and cut into wedges. Garnish with tomato and parsley.
