Sea Scallops Stir Fry Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Sea scallops - cut in half |
Horizontally - if large | ||
1 | Baby corn | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sesame seed oil |
1 | Fresh broccoli - cut bite size | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated fresh ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chopped garlic |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Snow pea pods |
Lite soy sauce - to taste |
Heat oil in pan. Stir in garlic and ginger. Add vegetables and soy sauce to taste. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until vegetables are crisp tender.
Add scallops and toss until scallops turn snow white. Do not over cook. Serve over white or brown rice.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
