Sea Scallops Stir Fry

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozSea scallops - cut in half
  Horizontally - if large
1   Baby corn
1/4 cup 59mlSesame seed oil
1   Fresh broccoli - cut bite size
1 teaspoon 5mlGrated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlChopped garlic
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSnow pea pods
  Lite soy sauce - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Heat oil in pan. Stir in garlic and ginger. Add vegetables and soy sauce to taste. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until vegetables are crisp tender.

Add scallops and toss until scallops turn snow white. Do not over cook. Serve over white or brown rice.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
