Recipe Ingredients

2   Granny Smith apples - unpeeled, cored,
  And cut into 1/4" dice
2   Celery stalks - cut into 1/4" dice
1   Seedless cucumber - peeled, and
  Cut into 1/4" dice
1 1/2 cups 355mlPlain yogurt - (12 oz)
2 teaspoons 10mlDried mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and fold together with rubber spatula.

Refrigerate salad for at least 2 hours or as long as 24 hours before serving.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
