Lime-Tahini Sauce

This versatile mixture would also be nice on steamed vegetables, such as asparagus, or even spooned over rice or noodles.

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlTahini
1/4 cup 59mlFresh lime or lemon juice
2 teaspoons 10mlBlond miso
2 teaspoons 10mlScallions - finely chopped (medium)
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1   Cayenne

Recipe Instructions

In blender or food processor, puree all ingredients and 1/4 cup water until smooth. If sauce is too thick, thin with a little more water or lime juice.

This recipe yields 1 cup.
