Melon-Papaya Batido

Squeeze a papaya to check for ripeness. It should yield gently to the touch.

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7ozCrushed ice
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozDiced seeded watermelon - plus
2 cups 474mlWatermelon wedges - for garnish (small)
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozDiced ripe papaya
1 tablespoon 15mlSweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon 15mlSugar - (to 2) - or to taste
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lime juice - or to taste

Recipe Instructions

In blender, combine all ingredients except watermelon garnish. Process until smooth. Taste for sweetness, adding sugar or lime juice as desired.

Pour mixture into tall glasses and garnish with watermelon wedge.

This recipe yields 2 servings.
