Green Prawn Curry Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | Oil | |
| 1 tablespoon | Green curry paste | |
| 12 | King prawns | |
| 1 | Chicken breast | |
| 1 x | Coconut milk | |
| 1 | Aubergine | |
| 4 | Lime leaves | |
| 2 | Stems of lemon grass | |
| 1 | Lemon - juice of | |
| 2 | Red peppers | |
| Coriander to garnish |
Fry the curry paste in the oil and add the coconut milk. Bring to the boil and take to a simmer.
Add the chicken and vegetables and continue to simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the prawns and cook for a further 3 minutes. Stir through the lime juice. Serve garnished with the coriander.
