Pork Stuffed Chiles

Recipe Ingredients

6   Mild yellow chiles
175   Pork - minced
6   Lime leaves - finely shredded
3   Garlic - finely chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlCoriander leaves - roughly chopped
1   Stem lemon grass - tender part sliced
2 teaspoons 10mlLight soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlWhite pepper
1 teaspoon 5mlSesame oil
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Slice the chilies lengthways, leaving the stems on and remove the core and all the seeds.

Mix the other ingredients well and stuff into the chile boats. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 12 minutes.
