Pork Stuffed Chiles Recipe - Cooking Index
6 | Mild yellow chiles | |
175 | Pork - minced | |
6 | Lime leaves - finely shredded | |
3 | Garlic - finely chopped | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Coriander leaves - roughly chopped |
1 | Stem lemon grass - tender part sliced | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Light soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | White pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sesame oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Slice the chilies lengthways, leaving the stems on and remove the core and all the seeds.
Mix the other ingredients well and stuff into the chile boats. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 12 minutes.
