Stir-Fried Beef With Oyster Sauce

3/4 lb 340g / 11ozBeef - thinly sliced
1 teaspoon 5mlThin soy sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlCooking wine
2 teaspoons 10mlCornstarch
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlMinced garlic
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozOnion - cut into pieces
1/4 cup 59mlRed bell pepper - cut into pieces
1/4 cup 59mlGreen bell pepper - cut into pieces
1/4 cup 59mlStraw mushrooms - cut into pieces
3/4 tablespoon 11mlThin soy sauce
3/4 tablespoon 11mlOyster sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlSweet soy sauce
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozGreen onions - cut in 1" pieces
1/4 cup 59mlBeef stock
2 tablespoons 30mlOil

Recipe Instructions

1. Marinate beef with 1 teaspoon thin soy sauce, wine and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.

2. Heat 2 T oil and stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry briefly.

3. Add onion, red and green peppers and mushrooms, then 3/4 T of thin soy sauce, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce. Stir to mix.

4. Thicken with beefstock, remaining cornstarch and add green onions.
