Sweet And Sour Fish Sauce ( Prik Naam Plaa ) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 tablespoons | Clove garlic - finely chopped (medium) | |
| 1/4 cup | Fish sauce - (naam plaa) | |
| 1 tablespoon | Hot red chili or cayenne pepper flakes - crushed** | |
| 1/2 cup | White sugar | |
| 1 cup | Warm water | |
| 6 tablespoons | Fresh lime juice |
**To make it authentic, you should use Thai Prik Kii Nuu (Mouse Shit Peppers)
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Serve at room temperature.
