1 cup | 237ml | Good season oriental sesame salad dressing |
Prepared; divided | ||
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless skinless chicken breast ha; cut into |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chunky peanut butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Crushed red pepper |
1 | Spaghetti; cooked and drained | |
3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Carrot; grated |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Green onions; sliced |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped cilantro |
Pour 1/3 cup of the dressing over chicken in medium bowl; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Mix remaining dressing, peanut butter, honey and pepper; set aside.
Cook chicken and marinade in large skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through. Mix spaghetti, chicken, carrot, onions and cilantro in large bowl.
Add peanut butter mixture; toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
