Enriched Meat Loaf Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Extra lean ground beef |
1 cup | 237ml | Sunflower seed meal |
1 | Onion - grated | |
1 | Egg - beaten | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy grits |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Stock |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Powdered milk |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Wheat germ |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Stewed tomatoes |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Nutritional yeast |
Soak soy grits in the stock.
Blend all ingredients together. Turn into an oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
