  Garlic Sauce
1 cup 237mlSour cream
3   Garlic - crushed
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped chives - salt and pepper to taste
  Mustard Mayonnaise
1 cup 237mlSour cream or mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDry mustard - (or to taste), salt and pepper to t
  Sour Cream Horseradish
1 cup 237mlSour cream
3 teaspoons 15mlHorseradish - salt and pepper
  Hot Sauce
1 cup 237mlCatsup
3 teaspoons 15mlWorcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons 15mlPrepared mustard
3 teaspoons 15mlPrepared horseradish

Recipe Instructions

For the first three mixtures, combine all ingredients. Chill.

For the hot sauce, combine all ingredients, bring to boil in sauce pan, serve hot.
