Grilled Ham Steaks with Apricot Glaze Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless ham - cut into four |
1/2-in pieces | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Apricot jam |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dijon-style mustard |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cider vinegar |
In a small bowl, mix well the jam, mustard and vinegar.
Grill ham slices over hot coals, brushing with apricot basting sauce occasionally and turning once, until nicely browned, about 8-10 minutes total.
Serve immediately.
