New Mexico Grilled Beef Ribs

Recipe Ingredients

4 lbs	1816g / 64oz	Beef short ribs
		Marinade
1/3 cup	78ml	Red chili sauce
1		Onion - diced
1 cup	237ml	Dry red wine
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
2 tablespoons	30ml	Olive oil
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Pepper - fresh ground
1		Garlic - large, minced

Recipe Instructions

Combine all marinade ingredients.

Let sit for 15 minutes. Marinate ribs in sauce thoroughly.

Sear 5 minutes on each side.

Cover grill with heavy foil, add ribs and spoon sauce over. Cook for 5 minutes, turn and spoon more sauce.

Keep turning and saucing every 15 - 30 minutes until done.
