New Mexico Grilled Beef Ribs Recipe - Cooking Index
4 lbs | 1816g / 64oz | Beef short ribs |
Marinade | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Red chili sauce |
1 | Onion - diced | |
1 cup | 237ml | Dry red wine |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper - fresh ground |
1 | Garlic - large, minced |
Combine all marinade ingredients.
Let sit for 15 minutes. Marinate ribs in sauce thoroughly.
Sear 5 minutes on each side.
Cover grill with heavy foil, add ribs and spoon sauce over. Cook for 5 minutes, turn and spoon more sauce.
Keep turning and saucing every 15 - 30 minutes until done.
