Susan's Marinade For Grilled Chicken And Meats

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	118ml	Soy sauce
1/3 cup	78ml	Oil
1/4 cup	59ml	Wine
1 tablespoon	15ml	Sugar
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
3		Garlic - minced
2 tablespoons	30ml	Ginger root - minced

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken breast or veal chops.

Marinate at least 2 hours.

Grill chicken or veal to desired doneness.
