Tangy Grilled Kabobs

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozBoneless beef sirloin steak OR boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into 1-inch pieces
  Assorted cut-up fresh
  Vegetables - (peppers, cherry
  Tomatoes - and zucchini)

Recipe Instructions

Arrange meat and vegetables on skewers.

Marinate 1/2 hour in marinade of your choice.

Place kabobs on grill over medium-high coals: brush with additional marinade.

GRILL 10 to 15 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once. Makes 6 servings.
