Thai Pork Chops - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Pork chops - about 1-1/4-inches t | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated lemon peel |
4 | Crushed garlic cloves | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Grated ginger root |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground coriander |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Crushed red chiles |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Water |
Place all ingredients except pork chops in blender container; blend until smooth and spread about 2 teaspoons of paste on each chop, covering both sides.
Cover chops and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
Prepare medium-hot grill in kettle-style covered grill.
Grill chops directly over coals for 7 to 8 minutes per side.
Serve immediately.
