Aloo Chana Chaat - 2

Recipe Ingredients

3   Boiled potatoes - peeled and diced
1 can  Chick peas - drained
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlRed chile powder
1 teaspoon 5mlRoasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon 5mlChaat masala
2   Green chiles, deseed - finely chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon 15mlOnion - finely chopped (small)
1 tablespoon 15mlTomato - (deseeded), chopped (medium)
1   Lemons - juice of, up to 1
  Salt - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well. Taste and adjust the chile powder, salt and lemon juice to get a tangy and spicy taste.

Serve in individual bowls. This can be served as a starter to a main meal or even as a salad in a Mughlai meal.
