| 12 | Cauliflower - cut into flowerets | |
| 3 | Potatoes - cubed (large) | |
| 3 | Tomatoes - finely chopped | |
| 1 | Onion - finely chopped | |
| 1 | Ginger - (1 inch) | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Red chilli powder |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Haldi |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garam masala |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ghee |
| Sliced green chillies - for garnish | ||
| Chopped coriander leaves - for garnish |
Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion till light brown. Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste. Cover and cook on a slow fire till vegetables are done. Garnish and serve hot.
