Chinese Black Bean Vinaigrette

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 teaspoons 6.3mlMinced garlic
1 1/4 teaspoons 6.3mlMinced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced shallots
1/4 cup 59mlSesame oil
3/4 cup 177mlCanola oil
1/2 cup 118mlUnseasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons 30mlSoy sauce
2 tablespoons 30mlThai-style chili sauce
2 teaspoons 10mlHoney
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozFermented black beans - rinsed
1/4 cup 4g / 0.1ozMinced cilantro

Recipe Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until combined. This may be prepared a day in advance. It is best not to use a food processor.

This recipe yields about 2 cups of vinaigrette.
