Garam Masala - Chandra's

Recipe Ingredients

1 teaspoon	5ml	Nutmeg (small)
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Green cardamom pods
4		Cinnamon
1 tablespoon	15ml	Whole cloves
1 teaspoon	5ml	Black peppercorns
1 teaspoon	5ml	Cumin seeds

Recipe Instructions

Grind to a fine powder in electric grinder.
