16 oz | 454g | Yogurt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Roasted - ground cumin seeds |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne |
Garnish | ||
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Paprika |
Boil potatoes and allow to cool thoroughly. Put the yogurt in a bowl and mix well with a fork. Add the salt, pepper, cumin, and cayenne. Mix well. Peel the potatoes and dice them into 1/2-inch cubes. Mix with the yogurt. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
