Spicy Lime Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh lime juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Diced yellow onion |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped cilantro |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh chopped garlic |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried oregano leaves |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Red pepper flakes |
Combine all ingredients and whisk or shake until emulsified.
Use as marinade for poultry, seafood or vegetables, marinating 30 minutes to 2 hours.
