Steak Marinade - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Oil |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | Garlic - minced |
1. Pierce steak so marinade can penetrate.
2. Place steak in a non metal dish just large enough to hold it or in a sealable plastic bag.
3. Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
