Alfredo Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | Nonfat cottage cheese | |
| 3 tablespoons | Grated parmesan cheese | |
| 2 tablespoons | Butter or margarine | |
| 1/2 cup | Evaporated skimmed milk | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Chicken-flavored bouillon | |
| - granules | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon | Dried basil | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Ground black pepper | |
| 1 | D ground red pepper |
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Pour into a small saucepan; cook sauce over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Makes 2 3/4 cups.
