Brown ground beef in a large frying pan. Add sliced mushrooms as soon as the ground beef starts to brown. Prepare the Macaroni and Cheese per the directions on the package. As soon as the Macaroni and cheese is ready add the ground beef and mushrooms, mix and serve. From: Syd's Cookbook.
