Mushrooms & Sausage

Recipe Ingredients

		** SAUCE **
8 oz	227g	Italian sausage links - , casing removed
2		Garlic cloves - , minced
16 oz	454g	Sliced mushrooms
1		Plum tomatoes - (28oz.)
1 teaspoon	5ml	Sugar
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Salt
		** PASTA **
1 lb	454g / 16oz	Penne or other pasta

Recipe Instructions

Brown sausage with garlic over medium-high heat. Increase heat to high and add mushrooms and cook until browned. Stir in tomatoes, sugar and salt. Simmer on low, uncovered 5 to 8 minutes. Typed by Ethel Snyder <[email protected]> Date August 17, 1997
