Saucy Pork N' Noodle Bake Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter or margarine |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Cubed cooked pork |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Uncooked noodles |
10 1/2 oz | 298g | Cream of chicken soup - can |

1 | Whole kernel corn - undrained | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sliced pimiento |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Sharp cheddar cheese - shredded |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely chopped green pepper |
1. Place 1 tablespoon butter in a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat- resistant, non-metallic casserole. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 30 seconds. 2. Add pork and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes. Drain off excess fat. 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 4. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir occasionally.
