Tomato Herb Pasta Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | All purpose flour |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Tomato paste |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced fresh basil |
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until dough forms a ball. Turn dough out onto a floured surface & knead till smooth & pliable like bread dough, dry but not cracking.
Place dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap & let rest for at least 30 minutes. Shape & cook dough as desired.
