Rocky Road Delight

Recipe Ingredients

1		Instant chocolate pudding
1 cup	237ml	Cold sweetened condensed milk
1 cup	237ml	Cold milk
1 cup	237ml	Cont non-dairy whipped topping - , divided (large)
1 cup	237ml	Marshmallow fluff
1/3 cup	20g / 0.7oz	Chopped maraschino cherries
1/3 cup	30g / 1.1oz	Chopped almonds - , divided
1		Prepared chocolate crumb pie crust

Recipe Instructions

Prepare pudding according to directions using condensed milk and milk. Add half of the container of whipped topping. Add marshmallow fluff. Whip until light and fluffy. Fold in chopped cherries. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped almonds on crust.

Spoon chocolate mixture into crust and chill several hours or until firm. Before serving, spoon remaining whipped topping over chocolate mixture. Sprinkle reserved chopped almonds over topping.
