Southern Pecan Pie

Recipe Ingredients

4 teaspoons 20mlEggs (large)
1 tablespoon 15mlFlour
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozSugar
1/4 cup 82g / 2.9ozDark Karo corn syrup
1 cup 328g / 11ozLight Karo corn syrup
1   Salt
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
1 1/2 cups 355mlPecans
1   Pie crust - frozen, (9-inch), deep dish

Recipe Instructions

Thaw pie crust and pinch edges of crust. (Makes it look homemade.) Beat eggs. Add flour, sugar, corn syrups, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into 9-inch deep dish pie shell. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes, and 300F for 45 to 50 minutes. Cover edges with thin strips of foil during first 30 minutes of baking. Allow pie to cool for 1 hour before serving.
