Bistro Shoestring Potatoes (3 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozBaking potatoes cut lengthwise in thin strips
1 tablespoon 15mlExtra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper

Recipe Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450 oF.

2. Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Seal; shake to

coat potatoes. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake at 450 oF for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden. Yield: 4

servings.
