Bistro Shoestring Potatoes (3 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Baking potatoes cut lengthwise in thin strips |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1. Preheat oven to 450 oF.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Seal; shake to
coat potatoes. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake at 450 oF for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden. Yield: 4
servings.
