1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Raisins |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - (1/2 to 1) |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper - (1/8 to 1/4) |
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and microwave on
high for 2 minutes. Stir; cook 1-2 minutes longer or until carrots are tender.
Editor's Note: This recipe was tested in an 850-watt microwave.
