Carrots with Raisins (1.5 PTS)

4   Carrots - julienned (medium)
1/4 cup 59mlWater
1/4 cup 40g / 1.4ozRaisins
2 tablespoons 30mlBrown sugar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt - (1/2 to 1)
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlPepper - (1/8 to 1/4)

Recipe Instructions

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and microwave on

high for 2 minutes. Stir; cook 1-2 minutes longer or until carrots are tender.

Editor's Note: This recipe was tested in an 850-watt microwave.
