SUPPER POT POTLUCK (5.5 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

16 oz 454gGround 90% lean turkey or beef
3 cups 711mlSliced raw potatoes - (15 ounces)
1 1/2 cups 165g / 5.8ozChopped celery
2 cups 220g / 7.8ozSliced carrots
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozChopped onion
1 1/2 cups 355mlFrozen peas
2 teaspoons 10mlItalian seasoning
1 3/4 cups 414mlHunt's Chunky Tomato Sauce - (one 15 ounce can)

Recipe Instructions

In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat.

Meanwhile place potatoes, celery, carrots, and onion in Crock-Pot

container.

Sprinkle peas over top. Spoon browned meat over vegetables. Stir Italian

seasoning into tomatosauce. Evenly pour sauce over meat. Cover. Cook on

LOW 6 to 8 hours. Stir well just before serving.
