16 oz | 454g | Ground 90% lean turkey or beef |
3 cups | 711ml | Sliced raw potatoes - (15 ounces) |
1 1/2 cups | 165g / 5.8oz | Chopped celery |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Sliced carrots |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Chopped onion |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Frozen peas |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Italian seasoning |
1 3/4 cups | 414ml | Hunt's Chunky Tomato Sauce - (one 15 ounce can) |
In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat.
Meanwhile place potatoes, celery, carrots, and onion in Crock-Pot
container.
Sprinkle peas over top. Spoon browned meat over vegetables. Stir Italian
seasoning into tomatosauce. Evenly pour sauce over meat. Cover. Cook on
LOW 6 to 8 hours. Stir well just before serving.
