Crunchy Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozToasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup 118mlToasted nuts of your choice OR
1 cup 237mlSmall shrimp
2 tablespoons 30mlWheat germ
1 teaspoon 5mlDried parsley
2 1/2 cups 592mlLettuce - shredded
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozMild cheese - diced
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozBean sprouts
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozCucumber - diced
2 tablespoons 30mlBacon - crumbled

Recipe Instructions

Mix seeds, nuts, wheat germ and parsley. Combine with remaining ingredients in medium salad bowl.

Divide into two equal parts and serve with the dressing of your choice.
