1/2 | Green cabbage - shredded | |
1 | Red bell pepper - julienne | |
1 | Yellow bell pepper - julienne | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh dill |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dill seed |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Chipotle powder |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Good quality mayonnaise |
Salt and freshly ground pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Chill until ready to serve.
