Macaroni Salad - 8 Recipe - Cooking Index
5 cups | 1185ml | Macaroni (uncooked) |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Mayonnaise |
1 | Egg | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Distilled white vinegar |
1 | Green onions - finely chopped | |
3 | Hard-cooked eggs - diced | |
1 | Dill pickle - finely chopped |
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until al dente; drain.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, raw egg and vinegar; whisk until smooth.
Mix the green onions, hard-cooked eggs, and pickle into a bowl.
Stir in cooled macaroni and mix until thoroughly combined.
