Peaches and Cream Rice Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1		Uncle Ben's brand chicken - flavor rice pilaf
2		Water
5 cups	730g / 25oz	Peaches - drained, diced
4 cups	948ml	Whipped topping
2 cups	186g / 6.6oz	Coconut - shredded

Recipe Instructions

1. Cook rice according to package directions.

2. Allow rice to cool.

3. Fold in diced peaches, whipped topping and coconut.

4. Refrigerate until ready for serving.
