Ramp Salad

Recipe Ingredients

  Ramps - cut fine
  Salt - to taste
  Ham pieces
  Vinegar
  Hard-boiled eggs - sliced

Recipe Instructions

Cook West Virginia mountain ramps until tender, but do not parboil.

Season with salt, ham pieces, and vinegar.

Garnish with sliced, hard-cooked eggs.

Serve warm as a salad.
