Ramps - cut fine | ||
Salt - to taste | ||
Ham pieces | ||
Vinegar | ||
Hard-boiled eggs - sliced |
Cook West Virginia mountain ramps until tender, but do not parboil.
Season with salt, ham pieces, and vinegar.
Garnish with sliced, hard-cooked eggs.
Serve warm as a salad.
