Rice, Orange And Pecan Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Cooked brown rice |
1 cup | 237ml | Orange juice |
1 cup | 237ml | Orange sections |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Golden raisins |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pecan halves - toasted |
Salt and pepper - to taste |
Toss all ingredients together.
Serve at room temperature.
