Sliced Tomatoes With Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlAlfalfa sprouts
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozTomatoes - sliced (medium)
1/2 cup 46g / 1.6ozGreen bell pepper - minced
1/8 cup 7.8g / 0.3ozGreen onions - minced
1/2 tablespoon 7.5mlFresh cilantro - minced (or fresh parsley)
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlGround cumin
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlRed pepper - crushed
1   Garlic - crushed
1 teaspoon 5mlCider vinegar

Recipe Instructions

Preparation Time: 6:10 Combine the salsa ingredients, stir well, and chill for 3 to 6 hours, if possible.

To serve, place some sprouts on individual salad plates, arrange tomato slices over the sprouts, and top with salsa.
