1/2 cup | 118ml | Tomato juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cilantro - finely chopped |
3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Frozen corn - thawed |
3 | Green onions - tops only | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lime juice - (no white parts) |
Mix ingredients in large bowl, refrigerate and serve with your kids' favorite chips.
If this is eaten with potato chips, omit salt from this recipe.
